Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to VCOM

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
